Well, the day started with my Stetson Milan Stratoliner. But during a trip to Paris Hatters after work (with no intention of buying a hat), the day ended with new Open Road-style panama straw that Abe has made for his store. Very happy with it - nothing like my Stetson "straw" OR. -

Resistol Saddler (Open Road style), size 7-5/8, in Silverbelly 2X. I bought this hat on ebay hoping to re-size it to a 7-1/2. Thanks - I assumed it was a "San Antonio" from the pics on craigslist. I am going to post this over in the Resistol forum and see what I can find out. I've mostly owned Stetsons, but have come to love these vintage Resistol - my interest was spurred by working with the nephew of Harry Rolnick. -
