This dark Hawaiian shirt hasn't had near enough wear time as I have been procrastinating the repair of a flaw discovered only after wearing it twice. But I love the cotton material and the colors and pattern.

These are retailer rejects and/or seconds. Lots of companies have outlet stores. No big deal, IMO. Can you get a good deal at an outlet store? Of course. Can you get second rate goods? Clearly.

It depends on what the stain is. The question I have is whether this is a silk top hat or fur felt? I'm not up on cleaning silk, but fur felt can be cleaned pretty well with naptha/white gas/camp stove fuel on things like dirt, grime, grease, etc. I have not had good luck cleaning rust type...
