Thanks Steve. All true. In this case, it's 95% being off my feet. I'm hoping another 4-6 weeks. Looks like I struck an oil mine myself with a few custom hatters - Worth and Worth, Wolfbrae and Buckeroo.
Well a L knee fracture has me housebound, so I'm at least enjoying a good cigar and some vitamin D.
This is modeled on the one Daniel Day Lewis wore in the movie "Let there be Blood." I had it pre-distressed as it might be some time before I jump in oil wells or rustle cattle.....
Just came in...
Just about ready to ship. Plainview hat - Buckeroo Hatters. It’s pre-distressed - but then again, so am I.
I’m hoping that I can do this thing justice.

This “Plainview” hat from the film There Will be Blood. Buckaroo Hatters. From what I’ve read here in another post it’s a tough one to duplicate. I’m not exactly getting the same hat but very similar. I’m hoping it works for me.
SORRY FOR THE TYPO IN HEADING. This is a WINGS Indy style jacket from their Signature Collection. I'm pretty sure it's a pre-weathered cowhide, not goatskin. Size 44 - a little big on me. Reference - 5' 6" 185 lbs. No stain, nor tears. Made in USA. $125.00 shipped.
Similar, but not exactly this...
