Never considered this because I've never worn anything slimmer than a Wrangler 936 and they have an 8" leg opening. I must be bored because I just measured 5 pairs of my boot tops and they all come in around 7", give or take a 1/2" and this is measuring both OTR and MTM boots. I didn't measure...- Bamaboots

On June 25, 1913 Civil War veterans began arriving in Gettysburg, PA. for the "Great Reunion" marking the 50th anniversary of the battle. The event officially lasted from June 29 - July 4 and over 50,000 old soldiers attended. Here former enemies clasp hands over a stone wall on Cemetery Ridge. -
