Don't know if this tells you anything. I'm curious as to what decade this is from. As I wrote in another post that the store name Baskin is on the sweat.
Okay. Regarding the Dobbs Jet I mentioned above, the store name "Baskin" is in the band. If I can narrow down the time frame that this store was closed then I could find out a ball park of what time frame my vintage could be. Any help would be appreciated.
Okay. Met with the nice gentleman this evening before work and acquired it for $20. I'll post pictures tomorrow in good light. I cannot stress enough that the hat is mint condition. No blemishes observed. No moth bites. Even the sweat is in good condition. It wasn't worn much by the looks of it. :)

It's a Milan day here in hot humid northern Illinois. Introducing the new Dobbs courtesy of the fine folks at Hats-Plus. Switched out the brown for the black silk ribbon. Hats-Plus rocks!! I thought I was going to have a heart attack in there today. I was like a kid in a candy super warehouse!!
