Rework off center pinch or not?
If you are noticing it now, you will continue to notice & know it...I always mark my nose with a paper clip on the hatband or ribbon if possible, use a chalk mark if not, so I can line the front crease or pinch up with my nose when the hat is on my noggin. -

Okay Ladies & Gents... Here is my Royal DeLuxe Open Road from DelMonico Hatters. Jeff did a heck of job running this to ground. The open crown measures right at 6" & brim at 2 3/4". The crown & brim are much stiffer than my Premiere Stratoliner, flatter flange too. The brim is slightly thinner... -
