I'd stitch it, but if you want to use glue, spray glue sprayed onto a scrap of foil and transferred with a sliver of wood before it drys should work. -

Scott & HB3 - nice hats gentlemen. BrotherCavefish - Etsy sells vintage ribbon by the metre (1 metre should be enough for a ribbon and decent bow). There are instructions on making a bow floating around on the forum, but maybe get 2m so you get a practice run :) -
