    Yes....price somewhat eye-watering and way beyond my reach also.A well-worn Carhartt work jacket has just scratched an itch for £21.As far as I know linen ages well though so you can get get a lot of wear out of a well made garment.

    I would say it's worth it for its rarity and even better if it fits you and you like the jacket.French jackets of the Barnstormer/Canadian style seem to be on offer from £90 up to £150 in the UK.FWIW I have never seen one of these before.I think you would be lucky to get your money back though...

    As a consolation for waiting you might find you can wear it for more of the year than perhaps you thought.They are a warm jacket but lighter on the body if that makes any sense-Lot of fun to wear.
