Wearing leather jackets in the rain

I don't have a specific leather jacket for wet conditions but I find that rain just bounces off Horween Chromeexcel horse hide and steer hide.I hang them to dry in a breeze and never noticed any spotting etc....Not sure if it makes the leather more supple though

What would you tell your former self about ordering a custom Aero?

With hindsight I would have done more research into the sleeve and cuff length relationship on a Letterman jacket I had made for me.I can live with it,its a lovely jacket and I got what I asked for.

Choice of lining for a cross-zip jacket

I like moleskin as a body lining.I would describe it as somewhere between cotton and wool tartan lining in terms of warmth and is more pleasant to touch in my opinion. Not very bulky either so layering is feasible.I have cotton sleeve linings though sateen is highly thought of.

    Lost Worlds’ founder Stuart interviewed

Some footage of Greg Field there too! I am confused as to why Stuart agreed to be interviewed by a website devoted to classic men's fashion considering his views on fashion forums and the like.

    Hanging jackets on a wall.

I thought of doing something similar once using a single length of chain which would have passed through the ceiling and over the rafters and then use horizontal steel rods set into the chain,,,,,super strong and easily portable/removable but I am sure your setup would look much better.
