JC's caps are top quality for sure, thanks! One of my favorites as well. I'm not sure of the correct weight of leather I should be using, the leather added weight to the once lightweight cap. -

Nice cap, I notice a lot of wrinkling happening under the brim, I had that problem with my caps, but the fusible interfacing and some stitching cured that problem. -
