I can't find a shop anywhere near me that stocks lots of different styles for me to try. Very frustrating. It may be a case of trial and error and ordering them online. Rather expensive way of doing it. Unless anyone on here can reccomend a shop near Birmingham in England....? -

I need to try a load on... I'm not sure I could get away with a wider brim and a don't really like it when hats are too close to the eyes.. Not on me anyway. I would like a less tapered top. I'm liking the look so far anyway. You guys reckon there is a fedora for everyone then? -

Thanks! Like I said, it's nowt special but it will do for now. At what point is a brim considered unsubstantial? This one seems to be just over 2.5 inches wide... And do different brim widths suit different faces? -

Yes you are right. May need to up my budget... The brim on most of the ones I look at seek to be sloping down slightly. Has he Mildred his to slightly bend up all the way round or do they all have this capability? -
