Not sure what you're on about. Anyhow this guy is dressed for the country, not the town (check shirt & suit & brown brogues = country wear). Never thought about it being a ceiling tile. The metal has been hand hammered, not machine pressed, so I'm still guessing a panel for a furniture cupboard door or suchlike.
