Vanson cafe racer fit for riding
Yes, Vanson has a Model A with armour version, called the AR3. I have a customised one and it works well enough, but in this day and age when we're being spoiled for choice in slimmer, more malleable amor pads (D3O, seesoft etc) the Vanson pads are positively thick and bulky. Fantastic story Superfluous! And yeah, I don't mind Schott at all. Their stock sleeve and body lengths work fairly well for me. FS: Vanson Model AR3 - Size 44 (fit 42) - Sweden
I have a slightly customised version of this same jacket. It's good stuff - heavy-duty all-American classic-style hardcore armoured leather jacket, can't get better. And yes, once you have the amor pads aligned properly, they do stay in place well. Somebody pick it up, well worth it!- 2wheelgrplr
