Tan steer hide Café Racer jacket. This hide is one that Aero seems to get in quite rarely. It's thick, heavy and has taken longer to be really flexible than any other jacket I've owned. I'm wearing it whenever I can and trying to soften it up.
I'll probably give up and wear the Work Coat...
Aero Plainsman in black jerky HH. It's a nice hide and very flexible. At first, I thought it would wear through to russet-ish, but it's much paler (as in the cuff edge). Over time, this darkens a bit. Overall effect is interesting, although it's a matter of wait and see.

Yep, about 3-4 weeks seems normal. I'm just about to pull the trigger on a Drifter in Blattwerk Mahogany with the pocket flaps curved slightly differently.

This SB has a different fit from my other jackets. The shoulders and neck are almost weightless and the arms are less restrictive. I think the the Highwayman and the Maxwell are still the favourites, but this Klondike is pretty close. Have samples of the various Blattwerk hides and a hide...
Newly-arrived SB Klondike. I went with black goatskin, olive stitching and brown buttons. Straight-line cuffs and olive gabardine lining. I'm really pleased with it and also received a lot of other samples which I might be tempted to order an SBV2 in. The fit is ridiculously comfortable and...
