This style is called an M-130 and dates to around the 80s. We still make this style as it always has been popular. It looks like 3oz. cowhide that we called redwood and appears to be in very god condition. I hope this helps.
A few gator jackets we have made over the years. The black gator was made for a motorcyclist with shoulder, elbow and back armour. He also is a gator hunter in Texas.

I have been to this museum almost every other year since it was built. Great photos, history, stories. The veterans that are there with some of the exhibits are a world full of information.
Oaky here's my two cents worth of thoughts.

I have seen the leather below the collar on jackets from the 60s. Just Leather in San Jose use to do...
I thought I would share my experience on how this jacket came to be and yes, the fun I had in taking Arrandales envision and making it a reality.
Arrandale contacted me about two years ago inquiring about an insane project he had a vision for. He was passionate and new exactly what he wanted...
I know the owners for over twenty years, and they are doing well. They have relocated to Arizona a few years ago due to insane rents in the bay area and covid. The company was started by the owners farther back in the sixties I believe.
They made great jackets, sad to see them gone.
Just Thought I would give an update and shout out to Lawrence Brooks Happy 112th.

The M-200 is what we call a life after bike jacket it's built for riding but can be worn anywhere.
It was made in a 3.5oz. naked cowhide. Based on the patina of the jacket I guess it must be around 25 years old.
