What are your chest and shoulder measurements? I might be able to help you based upon that info. I actually bought the “double riders” jacket from Rivet & Hide, but I returned it because I didn’t like the way it fit me. IMHO, the Delraiser is a better fitting jacket. As you probably already...
You scored! Super nice jacket. FYI, Golden Bear makes Taylor Stitch’s leather jackets. They’re cut and sewn in San Francisco. Top notch jackets. Here’s my GB jacket from Butterscotch LB. I love this jacket!
I am a 9D on brannock- my Frye boots are size 9D. They fit me pretty good. I also have a pair of their harness boots, 9D also.
Most other brands, like Wesco for instance, I would size down a whole size to 8D. But, not Frye. Mine are older boots, I assume their sizing stayed the same.
I own both the Delraiser and the J24 jackets. They’re very similar. The obvious difference is, the Delraiser does not have the epaulettes or the belt loops.
My apologies for jumping in a little late to this conversation...
Regarding sleeve length, keep in mind that if we're talking motorcycle jackets, the proper sleeve length should break right where your wrist bends. Hence, this may seem "short" to some people who are accustom to wearing jackets...
It’s a pretty heavy jacket. They make a sheep skin now, that they released this past year. It’s about half the weight. It’s really personal preference. Obviously sheep skin isn’t going to take the wear, long term, as steer hide.
this is a size 38 on me, they run pretty true to size. But, I would check the size chart against a jacket you already own... as long as it fits through the shoulders and chest, you'll be good!
