Watching this one for the past 5 years! Finally pulled the trigger. It`s what I expected - a soft, tapered Borsalino, impressed by the quality of the leather band. Much stronger than my Claudio. Very well executed. Great service from Bencraft.- daizawaguy

Optimo south side mobsters
Does anyone know where they are moving the manufacturing to? I guess that customers will no longer be able to get a glimpse of the hat making - or was that ever the case, not having visited the shop?- daizawaguy

Underwelts - Yay or Nay?
I have a definite opinion on an under welt - its personal, but for some unknown reason its the wrong way round. I just think a hat looks better with an over welt. It could be that it has something to do with the hidden part - I prefer to see the turn-up, rather than have is like a hidden hem, is...- daizawaguy
