You won't really be able to compare pit to pit, etc. from body measurements, you need a garment to measure, otherwise there will be a lot of guesswork for chest ease, etc. I mean you technically can, but it's kind of a gamble to go off purely body measurements.
There is already enough guesswork...
Also don't forget to consider body length, both the Y2 and Double Helix look longer in the torso, I prefer the proportions of the Real McCoy's one personally. To me fit is more important than what leather, construction, etc. so pick the one most flattering for your body proportions.
That's an incredible jacket! It reminds me a little of the Rainbow Country Ponyboy, with the separate panel in the center.
Also I really dig that indigo fabric liner, wow!
This jacket is a funny example of something sold to Japan from the US for what I assume is a considerable mark up, and now the other way around, selling in Japan and a reseller has jacked the product page to sell it back to the US at a considerable markup again...

Trojan repro, not sure who made this (maybe Lost Worlds?), beautiful grain on this leather. Around size 40?
It's funny how we approach it in a different way, I'm 6', have a long torso, prefer short jackets so it doesn't make my legs look out of proportion lol!
Beautiful plaid Hercules, for a great price. Listing says 60s 70s, but to me looks a lot earlier due to the tag and the Crown zip.

Looks like maybe overdye or topcoat layer is dry and cracked a little (assuming you don't mean the grain as "cracking"), I had a similar thing happen on my boots, just a little conditioner will rehydrate and blend it back in.
I was looking at this exact listing, sizing is a touch big for me, but I believe this is the original Highwayman before they were acquired. I think many British brands shared similar patterns as well in this era.
Regular leather is already plenty water resistant, in terms of water entering inside the boot, so unless you're in really extended periods in deep water, I don't really see the use for these.
Maybe it's similar to the Nick's WaterWork boots that have silicone impregnated leather...
