Beautiful Straight Zip Cal. Original Serval main zip, ring pulls on the pockets. Really nice and supple, but substantial. Very horse like graining. 23.5 P2P - After wearing it bit more I realize this wears like a 42 regardless of the P2P 19.5 Shoulders 19.5 waist hem (mid way tight laces) 25...- Gypsymoth82

That's the impression that I got actually. Before I found my vintage one, I asked how much it would cost to have a fur lined Columbia made, and they straight up said that they don't like doing them, and tried to steer me towards a standard one in goat or cow. Can confirm that the uncharge for Horse Hide is 1200 USD. I got a quote for a HH '47 Columbia and that was what they wanted for Horse. I think the made to measure price in cow or goat is a value, but new a new HH......I think I'd be sticking with something easy - peasy- Japanesey and off the...- Gypsymoth82

The jacket actually has lots of patina up close. The wind flap over the zipper and two of the back belt loops have gone full tea core I guess :) My wife actually loves this one….it has a certain “Je ne sais quoi”…- Gypsymoth82

Totally winging it with this Straight Zip CHP, which is probably Steerhide. Didn't even get measurements. Seller said 42 so we'll see. I can't to explain how great of a deal this was to my wife when she gets home! I'm sure she will be instantly convinced.- Gypsymoth82
