The jacket came in the box with completely flat sleeves without any creasing. This is the first photo I took after wearing it for like 2 minutes. Folds develop really fast like @MrProper said, you bend your arm few times and it looks like on my last photo. Maybe that's CXL steer characteristic?
Thanks for kind words.
I hope they didn't mixed-up anything :). It's probably the case I'm not the best suited for standard sizing. I have chest, upper back and shoulders of size 42, but waist of 40 and short torso at the same time. I considered size 40 but now I'm glad I went with Aero advice...
Sorry, I don't know what are they, but I can send you some photos that might answer your question, you just need to tell me where I should look :).
I played a bit with the bottom straps and I think it now looks better, there is less bunching on the back and also belly area looks less ballony in...
Don’t get me wrong, I’m very satisfied with how it ended up. Just trying to be objective by mentioning some slight downsides that might be improved. Anyway nothing I’ve mentioned is a big deal for me.
I might use your advice about tailoring maybe somewhere in the future. I’m still loosing...
Thanks, it already started to break in a little, at first I could barely drive my car wearing it :).
Thanks for your insight. I know it doesn't look amazing, neither do I ;). I think in leather jackets there are 2 factors that need to be considered to get a good fit. One of them is good pattern...
Sure, it's about 2cm below the belt at front and even more, like 4cm at the back, when I'm leaning forward belt is never visible. But when I'm reaching high with my hands the jacket drives a bit up and then you can see the belt but I guess this is how it's supposed to be. I know there are...
Yes, you are right, straps are fastened quite a bit, I'm still figuring out the best setup when it comes to those side straps, I think I need to fasten them ~30% to take about an inch from the bottom width. I ordered 19" bottom hem but the jacket turned out to be 20" that's why I'm trying to...
Cool, so you think it's not too short? When you see my first post it's clear I was used to too long jackets so maybe I have bad habits and I'm freaking out for no reason. I'm attaching 2 more photos from the side.
I've just ordered jacket from them in brown CXL steer and in the same batch they had thicker and thinner leathers in 5 different shades of brown. If they cannot identify the exact piece the batch was cut from, it will be hard to communicate it back because of how colors differ on photos...
Cool, I get it, that's helpful to see how big the final jacket might be. Seeing that, the standard 40 with shortened back and sleeves should work fine for me, but having 40" chest the @Psant25 post worries me. At least I have a whole new perspective thanks to you guys. I'll write everything to...
Yes, that would be definitely too long. What do you mean by your chest to be 40?
Thanks! You are right, I need to consider sleeve length depending on shoulders. I would like a t-shirt/thin sweater fit, so I will still consider 40 based on your judgement. I've measured both jackets few times...
Yes, they advised about sleeve and back length and I asked about the rest, but I didn't get any answer for nearly 3 weeks so I thought I will ask here for customer side experiences. I pinged them but got automatic reply they have some staff problems so I might not get an answer soon.
I think...
This is my first post, so for the starts I wanted to say hello to everyone!
I'm browsing this forum anonymously for a long time looking at all the beautiful jackets. Finally I decided to pull the trigger on Aero, but I'm super intimidated by the ordering process, precisely by the measurements...
