The CapPuccino! :) Yes, I'm thinking the material is hemp,jute,hessian,gunny,burlap etc. All of these being basically the same type of material would probably work providing you use the correct weave and weight. -

No,it's not lined it is what we are calling the single ply. It is a single piece of fabric with seam tape. It makes for a very light weight cap for warmer weather. -
