    Lewis Leathers Jacket Ripped/Thoughts?/For Sale.

Wasn't supposed to happen, I'd reckon... It is disappointing to say the least. Anyway, there are a few places and people in UK that I believe would be able to fix it for you.

Would love to see a jacket made out of this! Do you know any tailor that would do it?

How long does is take Aero to actually produce a jacket

Greg, from Field Leathers, once told me that when he worked at Aero, he used to have 7-10 jackets made per week, so there you have it.

Teacore leather jackets - post yours here!

Heya! I couldn't find any specific topics on this subject, so I decided to create one. I'm on the process of making my jacket with Greg, and the leather I picked when it all started was Shinki pigmented. I'll probably go on with this choice, however I realised that I have only seen very few...

Not at all, mate. I'm just being an a**hole. I read your order number and inverted one number, so got a bit resentful without reason. Was my bad, after all. Greg replied real quickly by email as well. Sam's already taking care of my design. Things are moving :) Btw, lovely jacket you got there.

I was getting quick replies on IG up until May or so... After that I think they just went full busy and replies via IG went mute. However replies via email are ok speed

I'm just being stupid, ignore me... My order is 1875, not 1785... Haha It's alright, I just commited a faux Pas, sorry

    Field Leathers

Or maybe that was just me... Not gonna lie, I'm feeling a little left behind, after I saw Damon's order is 1788, already pretty much finalised, being made with Shinki and Sam only contacted me the day before yesterday after I emailed Greg directly...

Halfbelts and shoulder gussets - is that a thing?

Eastman Californian also has an action back. My half belt that I'm making with Greg will 100% have an action back as well

Refund on import duties - Sweden to UK. Advice needed.

I never returned nothing, but I've been quite displeased with UPS recently with a parcel coming from US. If you can, check if they can ship with any courier that finishes the delivery using RM, much better experience. Besides, UPS charges duties directly, while RM you'll have to pay to customs...

Makes sense. Mine is Shinki pigment, which apparently is a nightmare to get

2/22 as 22 of February, right? (I mean, probably it is not February of 2022, but it doesn't hurt to ask haha) I placed mine Feb. 1st... So I guess mine is due soon. I wonder if it is because of leather choice... Which leather you're going for?

Funny, mine is 1875 and I wasn't even contacted yet.... When did you place your order?

Workboots, how should they be worn?

I've sold most of my "older" boots and reduced my collection to just 3, one M43 I bought for my birthday last January (and that spent 2 months back in the factory to fix the welt), my trusty 5 year old Vibergs and a recently acquired pair of Attractions engineers (2 months ago, maybe). They all...

Engineer boots, shell & 360 welt

I didn't know that, but makes sense... Interesting that they actually managed to make it! I think the shiny leather would also work on military style boots, for the higher ranks or something, but yeah, I agree that a shell engineer wouldn't be my first choice

Engineer boots, shell & 360 welt

In summary, I think you'd need to kill at least 2 horses to make 1 pair of engineer bots out of shell and even then you may be lacking some lol
