    If the jacket is stiff and does not conform, one way to shape it is to wear it in light rain, and let it dry while wearing it. Or spray it lightly with water and likewise wear it until dry. This leather is bound to shape beautifully, sleeve are bound to develop impressive rolls, so much potential.

    I can vouch for @hungapotamus as a buyer, prompt payment, your jacket will go out tomorrow! I'd venture to say that most of us barely break even or lose a little on TFL sales. Trying to keep prices fair for TFL members and moving these jackets will do it to ya... It's a hobby.
