    I have the exact same issue with FW leather jackets (their non-leather jackets are a different story). There is no uniformity to the dimensions, patterns, and fits. Some jackets have spectacularly wide shoulders . . . others have bizarrely narrow chests . . . and others have far too short...

    All of their HH comes from Himeji, but not all is Shinki. I only know that they have a so-called "secret recipe" for their tanneries -- I have no idea what it is. I presume it only impacts the finish, as I would be surprised if tanneries used special tanning recipes for individual customers...
