@MrProper had a great suggestion in the other thread. Send the jacket to Johnson Leathers and just have them repair the jacket with a new collar. Or send it to Dena at Great Leather for the same.
Old man winter came back for a brief visit.
Gabardine half belt. Original owner wore this one pretty hard, cleaned up a lot of stains but still a few. Gabardine weave is great wearing fabric.
