Your experience was obviously different than my own. They sized me well and talked me out of sizing down. I think that is why the try on jacket is such a great idea.
Check out Thurston Brothers in Seattle. They will walk you through the entire process and send you a try on jacket for sizing and determine if you need any adjustments. Plus, they will send you leather samples to look at. Great folks and fantastic communication.
Gorgeous jacket, but does appear one size small for you in chest and sleeve length. Interesting that the back looks even slightly long for you. I wonder if the person ordering, wanted shorter sleeves?
I totally agree. He came through with a great boot and I am stoked with the purchase. I've been wearing the boots all day and just back from an after work hike with my pup. All good.

Thanks Dave. I feel the same. Once I receive payment, I make shipping and communication a priority. The buyer has entrusted me with their money. I feel responsible to get them their item ASAP. And, I believe in the Golden Rule.
