Wonderful hats, Eric! I recently acquired a Mallory Dallas, virtually identical to yours, including the crease. Mine too has a very thin, soft, and lightweight felt. I couldn't get mine to hold a crease without using a few spritzes of distilled water. I'm a fan so far! -
