    As long as you think it's worth the price, I think the hides after some time will blend in some. I think it's a little pricey for the mis-match, but good marketing goes a long way!

    My brother has the Eastman B-6, and it is a very nice jacket. It has a Comar zipper that he does not like, but beside that, it is really a beautiful jacket!

    To me, the Dustbowl is just a 30's HB with more small pieces of leather sewn together and no chest pocket. If you went with the 30's HB, you would be getting the chest pocket standard (No mod.) and a jacket basically the same as the Dustbowl without all the seams and small pieces of leather sewn...

    Just think it looks better, both jackets are 30's HB and the fit is basically the same, I just prefer the look of the little longer front!

    I think the jacket in the picture looks a little big in sleeves and shoulder, and going down one size would work!

    Just add the back length you desire. The difference in the length of the front is not that big a difference IMO!
