Mascara on upper lashes only?
That's strange. My mascara never runs. I use Maybelline blackest black. I use a q-tip with some lotion on it to take off whatever I've accidentally got onto my eyelids.- Quelquefois

Well.. I've always worn mascara on the upper lashes only and it's only until now that I've discovered that some find it strange.
