Just had a Martini at the Ritz in London and it was fantastic. I'm pretty sure they use one measure of vermouth and that it is stirred and not shaken. Tanqueray 10 Gin, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Orange Bitters and Garnish of Lemon after a twist.- ebonysw45
