I have a Bailey Gahan.It's a fur felt with a 1&1/2 inch brim.The brim is made of really thin felt.The brim is too soft to snap up or down.It just kind of sticks right out.And the brim is very wavy which makes the hat look rather sloppy. It's been like this since it was brand new.The brim was... -

I'm going to special order and wait three months.But I don't mind waiting because where I live wearing a fur felt seems to be out of the question this time of year.It gets about 112°F. Even very late at night it's still around 90°F.So I'm wearing straw hats right now. -

I think I will get a Chatham.I had previously considered getting a Stetson Temple in sage.But I decided not to because of the black band.I prefer hats with matching bands.So I like how the Chatham has a matching band. -

getting new grosgrain hat bands I have fedoras in caribou,midnight,and tawny that came with black grosgrain bands.But I prefer hats that have bands in matching colors. I have bought some of those satin colored bands that can be hooked on.But they tend to come loose.I think it might look better... -

Matching a Sport Coat
Nice jacket.I would go with navy slacks. I think a navy shirt without a tie would look good.If you want to spice it up then wear a mostly navy multicolored shirt with pattern. When you want to wear a tie and be on the conservative side I would recommend wearing a white shirt with a navy tie
