Are all Cooper A2s goatskin?
We have a Cooper horsehide jacket in our closet, its actually pretty nice! It was a very cheap Ebay find and when we got it in the mail we were quite surprised to see that it was horsehide! The leather is nice, the cuffs are kind of a funky dark brown, but over all it was a good find.- D-Day-Doll

Vintage/Retro Cosmetic brands?

Women Reenactors?
Yeah, I meant British Land Army. I'm kind of a farm girl at heart! I have the milking coat (I think that's what they call it) and the green sweater. Russet colored A-2's
I have a russett A-2 from Eastman. Its nice but the leather is very very stiff! I rarely wear it since its so stiff and won't break in. My husband's Gibson and Barnes A-2 is beautiful, he wears it everyday.- D-Day-Doll

Are you "Pretty in Pink?" guys...
I'm not a big fan of WPG's B-13. The fabric is goofy. Its kind of fuzzy and pills after you wear it. My husband had to shave his B-13 with a fabric shaver to make it look not quite as ugly. The B-13 is a sharp looking jacket but the fabric bothers me!- D-Day-Doll

Check out this skinny guy's pinks pants- they have to be the smallest size that the AAF issued! Engagement Rings
My engagement ring is vintage. Maybe 30's? I'm not good at dating jewelry. It had an aquamarine in it when I picked it out at a flea market where one of my vintage dealer friends had a booth. The women's branches of service allowed women to bring home their uniforms. The Women Airforce Service Pilots did have to pay to take their A-2home though. I don't know about the men, but the women were given a $250 uniform allowance to purchase their uniforms from tailors and department stores...- D-Day-Doll
