Enjoying the cooler mornings! Got to wear my HD CR this A.M. I recently over-dyed it with a diluted Fiebing's black with a touch of mahogany mixed in. Was going for more of a seal brown (from the original HD brown, although mine wasn't really HD brown anymore as I had stripped the surface...
Can you PM me the seller's info? If it isn't too short, or have too short of arms, I might be interested in it. Depending on the jacket, I'm 19"-20" for pit to pit. :-) Thanks!
Based on reports here: https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/ultimate-leather-conditioner-comparison-on-reddit.101735/page-8#post-2845937 and elsewhere on TFL, Urad and Tenderly both appear to be great topcoat products, but do not appear to deeply condition. @handymike has done some good...
Putting the jacket in a mesh garment bag (like that used to wash delicates) might decrease the risk of having the lining tear at the seams if you run it through the washer. Even doing this I still had a small seam tear at the armpit the only time I ran a jacket in the washer (and yes, it was a...

@JMax, there's some good info on conditioners beyond the old standards of Pecards, Lexol, etc. here (scroll back through the earlier pages):

@ton312 and others have posted about...
Thanks @JMax. Two applications over the whole jacket (very light second coat in some places and pretty heavy in other areas that still needed a lot of rehydrating). A third application to the worst spots. This has been over nearly two weeks (second application was around 3 days after the first...
Thanks @Yamahana. Yes, I glued thin leather patches to the inside of the shell under a couple of spots on the shoulders where it is cracking and thin. None of the cracks are deep, but since the lining is torn at the neck I was able to easily reach inside to the shoulders - figured it just made...
Picked up this halfbelt a couple weeks ago. Been slowly rehydrating it and doing a few little repairs on the pockets, reinforcing small areas of the shoulders where the leather is in poor shape, etc. Still need to re-stitch a couple of spots on the sleeves, but the leather is feeling good enough...
Can't remember if I posted this Golden Bear a while ago or not. It's not the older label, so not sure if the quality is as good, but Raglan sleeves have made a big comeback in the past two years in the fashion world. Sz 42. $95 + shipping. Link
Personally, I wouldn't get into it at that price with the cracking at the cuffs. Different story if it was $200 or less. But that's just me. $350 seems like the seller isn't discounting it for the cuffs at all. It's been listed a month so the seller might be ready to deal; or wait another month...
