Hi, Damon from Johnson leathers described the weight as bring 2.5-2.75 oz. Definitely much softer and most definitely lighter than CXL FQHH. Not nearly as stiff as Aeros normal offering. Pliable from the start so no break in required. Sleeve length is 25.5 inches- ScvReady
