    how did people back in the old days stay so thin and lean?

    I could run 6 miles a day and still gain weight how did the people back then stay so thin? didnt they like to eat? I noticed a lot of them stayed thin their whole lives, I doubt they did much running or cardio workouts.

    most of the antiques I run into are usually never much ealier than around 1890's turn of the century? most of the stuff from before that time didnt survive except maybe some antique furniture but it seems like the most common stuff is late 1890's - 1920's

    what if wearing a dead man's / woman's clothing caused you to behave like the person that originally owned it? like what if their spirit possesed the new owner that wore their clothing? that would really be scary lol

    Bushmaster heavy barel with AK74 style muzzle brake Techonut I had one of those BM shorty AK's with the same muzzle brake I had to wear ear plugs & ear muffs [double hearing protection] because of the excess blast / noise that blasts out the sides
