    The canoe is just a regular Old Town canoe. It's a 15' which I find works pretty good ad a single when turned around and sitting in the front seat and use a kayak paddle. We do a bit of smallmouth bass fishing on a few small rivers around here. Too rocky for a wood and canvas canoe.

    I am still going to purchase a nice hat but I may have found a solution for a good work/hunting hat. I picked up a Stetson Downs hat in Moss yesterday for cheap on ebay. Supposedly from the 60s but I have my doubts. I will post pics on a new thread when I get it.

    Im not likely to get the cowboy comments. I live in the South where cowboy style hats are common. I even have a straw western styled hat that I wear on the tractor in the summer.

    I had that color or the fawn color in mind. My wife chose the fawn over the gray. I also showed her pictures of the campdraft this weekend as well. She didnt like it but I think it had more to do with the fact that the small ribbon makes it look taller.
