Yes went back to the original maker. No quote or time scales given, however never thought it would be this long. In fact I have requested they just return the jacket and forget the alterations and I will pay the return postage! Still no reply. I totally get the Covit/Brexit deal but I was a bit...- Mark

I can only go on my experience with their jackets and jackets I own from other makers. In that respect they look and feel as good as any. However there are others better qualified than me to comment on quality etc.- Mark

Best have read here some where. Regardless of their past they do make nice jackets and customer service is very good. I just picked up a lovely steer hide G1 on their Outlet page at a great price.- Mark

Hi, just a quick question; How long is reasonable to expect a modification to be made on a jacket and have the jacket returned? The maker is not in the UK.
