Ok, this'll be an easy one for you old pros. Do European Strats only have the cotton headband as opposed to the leather? I've seen them in brown as well as grey. Were grey & brown sold on both sides of the Atlantic? Do both feature the same style liner?- Sam Marlowe

Well, you got another lurker comin' in from the dark. Here's my question. How much does a torn lining affect value? The model in question is a 1950's era Stratoliner.
