Its a personal choice. My preference is the headband -less beret. Comfortable for extended wearing and easy to stuff it in your pocket. -

Day off work today to see the orthopedic surgeon. Alas ,I was told that I need surgery on my knee :(. Walking always helps me clear my head. It’s especially therapeutic if you choose to walk wearing a beret. :) Our first cool autumn day in my part of Australia so on this occasion wore my red... -

G'Day foamy. Thank you for the kind comments. Its just starting to cool down here (Australia) now wearing the berets when I venture out. Its such a nice bit of headgear to wear and I like having a choice of colours. Keep us posted if you go with a cotton beret. Cheers N -
