    DJS, what a great jacket! I just linked your old pics in my previous post and your jacket looks great after only 1 year ... thanks for posting these pics. Brown FQHH indeed breaks in fantastically ... now I am very eager to see some pics of broken in cordovan jackets.

    I am still waiting for it, should be here later this week. the seller said that it runs fantastic and keeps good time. I can't wait to wear it. I particularly love the patina the dial has developed ... from what I found, this particular model is from the late 30s/early 40s.

    John is easier to catch on the phone and is very very patient with any questions you ask ... and it is great fun to talk to him in person. You clearly see how excited he is with jackets and it is hard not to catch some of that enthusiasm.
