Hi there MC . I'm another of those brick outhouses and as a owner of an Aero long half belt I can probably has on some guidance. You will need to supply Amanda at Aero your inhaled chest size and exhaled size. mine is around 50 -51 and 47...and I was recommended to go for a size 48...which...- Rockin' Dog

How warm is an Aero Half Belt??
I have an Aero Long Half Belt in heavy horsehide as my winter jacket. The lining is medium weight tartan & drill cotton covered in Sateen for the sleeve interiors. That was the general impression I got with the War Contracts. Whilst I admire & appreciate them greatly, I'm not to fussed if I decide to go down the route of Aero's own styles. Their USAAF Type A-2 in Seal Goatskin looks quite appealing to me for example....is that your Seal A-2? -R'D- Rockin' Dog
