    That looks like it was, at one time, a very nice suit...and I'm sure you will make it one again. :) But whoever let those trousers out at the waist did a really bad job of it, hopefully you'll be able to remove all of that. I do love the material...I wish I could find more fabrics like that!

    I use a Gillette Tuckaway in a fitted, art deco, silver case...with NOS Wilkinson blades...I have, well, maybe not a lifetime supply, but it should be a few years before I have to find more. :p Sorry for the bad pics....shiny things are not so easy to photograph. lol

    I know what you mean. What about the old trick of pressing your trousers under the mattress (only works with a *hard* mattress... lol ) or the trick of sharpening used razor blades on the inside of a drinking glass, that's an old one from the depression, used it once or twice myself.
