Reducing hat size
Just for fun, look under the sweatband for other size markings. My Stratoliner was mislabeled. The visible size tag read 7 1/2 while the tag under the sweatband read 7 3/4. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

It's my understanding that the Premier is of a higher quality felt than the regular Stratoliner. The Premier also comes open crown, so you can crease it however you want. Mine: -

I have both a new Premier Stratoliner and Borsalino Allesandria. The felt on the Stetson is smooth, soft, and easy to shape. A little steam helped set the crease. The ribbon stitching is a little rough, but otherwise a nice hat, in my opinion. The Borsalino felt is thinner and super soft. No... -
