Yes, still available. Since you posted measurements of your size 40, I wanted to point out that even though this is tagged 40, it fits small. Aero Barnstormer or similary leather jacked
They will make it out of either the front quarter Horsehide (fqhh) or, if you like, you can have them make it out of the lighter weight A2 leather.
