    The modern fit in a type 3 for that last 10 or so years stretched out to 27-28” in a standard size to accommodate low rise jeans. Now that inseams are trending back to 10.5” standard, jackets seem to be slowly going back to a 25” length.

    Those look great and I’ve come to the same opinion on length. I used to prefer them 26-28 to match my low rise pants but now I’m wearing mid rise I think the cropped jacket just look and fit better.

    It’s true. They’ve moved to the longer, modern silhouette aside from the 526j which stays hand warmer free and 25” long.
