    Like the August's back? I think sometimes Aero is willing to mix fronts and backs of similar design.... there are a few examples on the sale page of them doing that too.

    I like it too! ...Although I think I might actually prefer the old one (similar to the bk willis and greg)... I kind of like the lines, and how it 'breaks' the jacket visually a little.. makes it look a bit more rough, rather than sleek.

    That said, looking at goodwears g&f m-422 in there production photos page, that one has a more rectangular shaped wind flap!

    hmmm, based on the bill kelso pictures of the m-422a, it looks like aero may have updated there m-422a with some gordon & ferguson type features (looks like it now has a rounded packet flap, slightly larger side pockets [?], different shaped mouton collar [?], and maybe [not clearly visible]...

    would love to see some pictures of people with recent m-422as from Aero... it looks like they might have made some changes... noticeably the packet flap near the zipper seems to have a more rounded cut. Anyone have any idea if there have been other significant changes in the pattern?

    Hi there, as an aside I'm curious how you found the leather and construction on that jacket? Were there any flaws etc? Anyway when I talked to holly about sizing for the m422a pattern she did suggest two sizes up my normal based on my measurements. This is just my experience though based on...
