Which is your favorite Golden Age movie studio
I used to like MGM...until I heard about how awful they were to their stars. I still like their movies, mostly...I like Paramount only because they have Martin/Lewis, Edith Head and Audrey Hepburn. The others I'm rather fuzzy on, I'd have to do some research.- Hey_Laaaaaady!

Thank you ladies! You have me persuaded. :) I really really want to wear one--I love the 50s look-- wasp waist and poofy skirt. I'll have to look into a nylon petti, the one I currently have is rather tulle-ish and quite full & scratchy. I really want to make some corduroy and wool circle...- Hey_Laaaaaady!

Confidence in dressing vintage
I think a big part of having the confidence to dress vintage is knowing that you look good in golden era (or other vintage era) styles. I never felt that I looked my best in modern clothes, but when I'm all dressed up, hair done, vintage makeup on, I *feel* pretty. And in turn, confident. :)...- Hey_Laaaaaady!

What sparked your fascination with the "Golden Era"?
My parents are both history buffs and I got hooked on history at a young age, mostly due to my mother's incessant reading to me of the Little House series and my love of the American Girls collection.
