I'd suggest wearing it for awhile. You always have the option of sending to Johnson Leathers for repair in a few months when it'll be too hot to wear it anyway, and in the meantime it might just fix itself. It's a handsome jacket- hate to see you lose it. Best- -Brando- Brando11

Just realized that Horween is located in Chicago, where I happen to live. Hmmm- wonder if it might be fun, (or even possible,) to pick out my own hide and have a jacket made from it... Anyone ever done this?- Brando11

My new aero half belt arrived!!
I put my FQHH HB Deluxe in the dryer for 10 mins to soften up the waxes; then put it on, zipped it up and wore it around the house all evening. Have done that half a dozen times now, plus used the kitchen dish spritzer to spray hot water on the sleeves. Then you can roll them up like a flannel...- Brando11
