custom tweed hats?
There is an ebay vendor - hatterjill I have purchased a couple similar hats from an ebay vendor under the name of hatterjill. She made both of mine from retired tweed jackets. I am still very happy with both hats. -
Pants waist size
Orvis I buy things from Orvis, now and then, and find that the jackets are a generous size and the trousers are almost aways about a size bigger than labeled. In the old days I did not notice such a difference. Orvis, I guess, caters to the older and more porky sized men, not unlike myself. -

I cannot say for sure if both shops offer the same hat. But is sure looks like that is the case. Both say made in Italy. Noble sponsor of the Fedora Lounge, Mr. Bencraft, appears to have a price advantage. As carldelo pointed out already these hats don't flex to fit so I'd check the exchange... -
