    The Hill-Side tie, which openly states that it's based on Brown's Beach, officially refers to it as "salt and pepper beach cloth". That may be the way to go rather than strictly searching for "Brown's Beach cloth".

    They aren't. :( The Hill-Side just does accessories. This does seem to be the same Japanese made fabric that's used by Freewheelers etc.
